Deadlines for RSVPs & Room Bookings Please RSVP and Book Rooms by April 20, 2026
Plus One(s) This invitation is exclusively for the guest(s) named, as we are unable to accommodate additional plus-ones.
Travel requirements to Mexico Please ensure your passport (and visa, if required) is valid through November 2026 for travel to Mexico.
Shuttle Transportation We will provide transportation for all of our guests from the Cancun Airport to the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres.
Gifts Your presence is the greatest gift to us. With travel in mind, we kindly ask for no gifts.
Dress Code Refer to the Events section for encouraged attire. To purchase Indian attire, we recommend Aza Fashions, Kalki Fashion, Lashkaraa, or The Saree Room — with rental options available through All Borrow, Borrow the Bazaar, and Glamourental.
Unplugged Ceremony We’d love for you to capture and share memories from the weekend via our shared link. We hope to have an unplugged wedding ceremony, so we request no photos or videos be taken during that time to allow everyone to be fully present.
Booking additional nights If you wish to use the additional nights available (3 before check-in and 3 after check-out), please can contact our reservations agent directly for assistance in creating those bookings.
Room Reservation Payment Details Our guests can manage their payments directly through the website. The first payment is 30%, and the remaining 70% is due 60 days before check-in. The card entered at the time of booking will be the same card charged for the second payment. Different cards can't be used for the same reservation, nor can payments be split into more than the two mentioned in the contract.
